Executive Coaching

Cheryl Procter-Rogers is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating complex organizational challenges. She has partnered with more than 2,000 senior leaders and C-suite executives across corporate, nonprofit, university, and government sectors to strengthen leadership effectiveness and deliver meaningful organizational results.

During her time in Ernst & Young’s Americas Coaching Practice, Cheryl coached partners, principals, and managing directors across multiple sectors, helping leaders navigate complex client relationships, organizational change, and increased leadership responsibility.

Cheryl’s coaching engagements are designed for leaders navigating complex responsibilities, increased visibility, or new levels of influence. Through a collaborative process, she works with clients to clarify priorities, examine leadership behaviors, and develop practical action plans that support both personal growth and organizational success.

Her coaching focuses on helping executives think strategically, lead with confidence, and communicate with clarity. Areas of focus often include leadership development, executive presence, personal branding, strategic communication, work-life integration, career transitions, and time and priority management.

Cheryl’s approach encourages leaders to explore how their current beliefs, habits, and behaviors influence their professional impact. Many clients seek coaching as they refine their leadership style, shape their personal brand, or prepare for the next stage of their careers. Coaching sessions provide a confidential and supportive environment where leaders can examine challenges, test ideas, and gain perspective.

Working from a strengths-based perspective, Cheryl helps clients identify what is already working well and leverage those strengths to address new opportunities and challenges. Each session focuses on clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and developing concrete next steps so leaders leave with clear priorities and accountability for action.

In addition to individual executive coaching, Cheryl provides mentor coaching, group coaching, and team coaching. These engagements support leadership development across organizations and help leaders apply new insights in ways that strengthen collaboration, decision-making, and overall organizational performance.

Additional Coaching Engagements

Mentor Coaching

Cheryl provides mentor coaching for professional coaches pursuing or renewing International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials.

As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an ICF certified mentor coach, she works with coaches to deepen their understanding and application of the ICF Core Competencies, refine their coaching presence, and strengthen their ability to partner effectively with clients.

Mentor coaching sessions include reflective dialogue, feedback on recorded coaching sessions, and guidance that helps coaches elevate their skills and confidence while meeting credentialing requirements.

Group Coaching

Group coaching brings together leaders who are navigating similar challenges and creates a structured environment for learning, reflection, and accountability.

Cheryl facilitates group coaching experiences that allow participants to share perspectives, learn from one another, and apply insights to their leadership roles. These sessions encourage thoughtful dialogue, strengthen peer support, and help leaders translate new awareness into practical actions that support both personal growth and organizational success.

Cheryl is a certified group coach and played a key role in introducing a formal group coaching program within Ernst & Young’s Americas Coaching Practice. She helped pilot and refine the approach and contributed to the implementation of the program as part of the firm’s leadership development efforts.
